I normally wear a 9.I was expecting the boot to be a little softer. Also, I expected the pattern of the left boot to be a mirror of the right, not an exact copy. For example, I want a similar pattern on the left big toe area to be the same on the right big toe area. Instead that pattern is more towards my little toe. The stitching along the top of the back shaft on the right boot is unraveled is two places. This is a burnished boot and I was expecting variations in color. The right toe is much darker than the left. I suppose with time this would be less noticeable. *** Edited to add that Amazon sent another pair overnight. 2nd pair has no flaws in stitching or drastic color variations.
